Compensation & Benefits

Net Pay for 12th Pass:

₹11,600 base + ₹900 allowance = ₹12,500
₹1,200 attendance bonus + ₹2,500 festival bonus = ₹16,200 total (in-hand)

Net Pay for ITI:

₹12,600 base + ₹1,050 allowance = ₹13,650
₹1,200 attendance bonus + ₹2,500 festival bonus = ₹17,350 total (in-hand)
• Overtime: Paid at standard single overtime
