• 10th/12th Pass: ₹13,000 per month
• ITI Fitter: ₹14,000 per month
• Diploma/B.E. Mechanical:
  • 1st Year: ₹17,000/month
  • 2nd Year: ₹22,000/month (based on performance)
  • 3rd Year & Onwards: Up to ₹30,000/month (subject to permanent role and performance)
