Compensation & Benefits
Net Pay for 12th Pass:
- ₹11,600 base + ₹900 allowance = ₹12,500
- ₹1,200 attendance bonus + ₹2,500 festival bonus = ₹16,200 total (in-hand)
Net Pay for ITI:
- ₹12,600 base + ₹1,050 allowance = ₹13,650
- ₹1,200 attendance bonus + ₹2,500 festival bonus = ₹17,350 total (in-hand)
• Overtime: Paid at standard single overtime
• Facilities: Subsidized canteen meals, free transport, free medical, uniform, and PPE
Role & Work Hours :-
- Position: NAPS Trainee (Apprenticeship under NAPS scheme)
- Shifts: Day & Night
- Working Hours: 8 hours (plus eligible overtime)
