Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for inspection of material from R.I.
4M, 5S, 7QC, PDI,
Layout inspection of all parts as per plan.
RED BIN Analysis on daily basis.
Product Audit.
UTM (Brazing Strength of Child Parts)
Regular in-process inspection doing FPO and prepare process inspection report, check sheet etc.
Prepare and update process document PIR, WI, Machine check sheet, Quality alert etc.
Responsible for the Monitoring of the daily defect data sheet.
Reduces the shop floor rejection and PPM by applying 7 QC tools. Instruments Better handling knowledge: Profile Projector, Snap Gauges, Roughness Tester, Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, Bevel protector, Plating tester.
